TERMS OF USE
General
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern purchases you make on and your use of the AJ Print LLC website, available by desktop or mobile web, (the “Site”) controlled by AJ Print LLC (“we,” “us,” or “AJ Print LLC”).
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Terms before you make any purchase or whenever you otherwise use or access the Site. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make any purchase or otherwise use or access the Site. Your purchase or use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.
By accepting these Terms through your purchase or use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Site or make a purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
Order acceptance
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel the order throughout the whole manufacturing process if it should prove to be contrary to our Terms of Use. A full refund will be given if an order is cancelled.
Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. We recommend that you save the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.
Payment
The following payments are accepted:

Credit cards and debit cards
Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Maestro. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once AJ Print LLC has sent you the order confirmation email. All credit/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. -
Pay Later with Klarna
Pay Later is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarna’s payment terms apply. Additional terms will apply between you and Klarna. -
PayPal
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to log in and confirm the amount before completing the payment.
Delivery conditions
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as specified at checkout.
We reserve the right to charge a cost of $20 for uncollected packages or those returned due to incorrect address information.
Orders may take up to 8 business days to dispatch, although our goal is 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Returns
You may return your purchase for a refund by notifying AJ Print LLC and shipping the product(s) back within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused. Custom-made products cannot be returned once production begins.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective products
If you receive defective products, contact orders@ajprintllc.com promptly. Products must be returned in their original condition. If we confirm they are defective, we will issue a replacement.
Liability
AJ Print LLC’s liability is limited to the extent of these Terms unless otherwise stipulated by law. Our liability will never exceed the total amount of your purchase.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or events such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.

Inappropriate content
We reserve the right to reject content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.
Copyright
By submitting content, you certify you own the rights or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring no intellectual property rights are violated.
You agree to indemnify AJ Print LLC from third-party claims related to infringement of rights from your submitted content.
Content Permission & Restrictions
All Site content (text, software, images, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws and is for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced or exploited without permission.
Termination of account
We may terminate accounts and remove user content at our discretion.
Registration, accounts and passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report any unauthorized access to orders@ajprintllc.com.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of AJ Print LLC’s business location unless otherwise required by law.
Provisions severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply. Invalid clauses will be replaced to preserve the original commercial intent.
